These rules and terms ("Terms") apply to the kirkyaapp.cam website and all services under it. These Terms form a binding agreement between kirkya and every individual who uses this platform.

If you access this website, open an account, or use any service, it will be assumed that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using this platform.

These Terms are primarily written for users in Bangladesh. kirkya operates its services in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh and maintains transparent and responsible conduct toward its users.

Alongside these Terms, our Privacy Policy is also considered an inseparable part of this agreement. Both documents must be read and followed together.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on kirkya, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. If it is proven that a user registered by providing false information to bypass the age requirement, that account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a direct breach of these Terms.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts under the same person's name will result in all accounts being closed. The same rule applies if multiple accounts are operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method.

2.4 Verification Process

kirkya reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

It is your sole responsibility to keep your kirkya account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account — even if a third party uses it without your knowledge.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that someone else has obtained your password, contact us immediately via live chat and change your password.

• Change your password at regular intervals.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on kirkya is ৳300 (three hundred taka), which applies to all payment methods. 4.3 Legitimacy of Funds

You confirm that the money you deposit comes entirely from a legitimate source. For suspicious transactions, kirkya may hold withdrawals until the necessary verification is completed.

kirkya offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. Please read the relevant terms fully before accepting any of these offers.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will add a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — meaning ৳1,200 in bonus requires ৳24,000 in wagering.

5.2 Weekly and Other Bonuses

With the kirkya Weekly Reload offer, a 30% bonus of up to ৳5,000 is available once per week on any deposit, with 18x wagering required. With the kirkya Slots Fun bonus, a 50% bonus of up to ৳8,000 is offered on daily slot deposits, with 25x wagering required.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses can only be used on designated games.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
• Winnings from a bonus are added directly to the bonus balance; they can be withdrawn only once the wagering is complete.
• kirkya reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Once a game result is determined, it cannot be changed. If a game result remains undetermined due to a technical fault, kirkya may cancel that round and refund the bet amount.

6.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, there may be an option to cancel a bet after it is placed but before the relevant event concludes, though this depends on the specific market type. Separate rules apply to cricket markets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) and other sports markets.

6.3 Technical Issues

kirkya will not be held responsible if a game or betting session is interrupted due to a lost internet connection or a problem with the user's device. The user must ensure the reliability of their own connection and device.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on kirkya. Breaching these rules will result in immediate account closure and, where applicable, legal action may be taken.

• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to exploit the bonus system.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to conduct games or betting.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Using funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Threatening or harassing other users, staff, or the organisation.
• Conducting transactions using a fraudulent identity.
• Using manipulation or coordinated strategies in games or betting.

kirkya reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without stating a reason, particularly if a breach of these Terms is suspected.

8.1 Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time. To do so, notify the support team via live chat or email. A self-exclusion option is also available under the Responsible Gaming policy.

8.2 Balance After Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, the remaining valid balance will be available for withdrawal. For accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited.
