Decimal, Fractional and American Odds

Example 2 — Team B (favourite): Team B's odds are 1.25 (decimal), 1/4 (fractional) or American -400. A negative American odds figure means how much you need to bet to win ৳100 profit — here you'd need ৳400 to make ৳100. A ৳200 bet returns ৳250 (৳50 profit).
When the same match has odds written differently across platforms, the calculation still works out the same — it's just a difference in format.
In-play betting during the match
Live betting lets you place bets in real time after a match has started. In cricket, odds change with every ball, every over and every wicket.
- If Team A makes a strong start in the first innings, their odds of winning shorten.
